Alex and Dennis from the Nashville area delivered my new refrigerator. Extremely polite, efficient, thorough and cleaned up everything. I ordered my new appliance from the Clarksville location and thoroughly enjoyed our shopping experience there as well. Im sorry I cannot remember the associates name who helped us. However, he was extremely knowledgeable on all the products and helped us tremendously.

Danyal is insanely knowledgeable about washers and dryers. He clearly explained the benefits and trade offs of different models which made the decision process much easier. Couldn’t be happier with the product and customer service he provided!

We have purchased about a dozen computers here, it is more cost effective than building them yourself. Also bought some iPads, Roombas and other stuff. Prices are excellent and Henry is always a big help with any questions we have regardless of the product.

I recently had a frustrating warranty issue with a dryer that required multiple service visits While the situation itself was challenging, the way Electronic Express handled it made all the difference. A special thank you to Daniel at the Clarksville location. From start to finish, he kept me informed, listened to my concerns, followed through on his commitments, and genuinely cared about finding a resolution. Customer service is easy when everything goes right, but Daniel truly stood out when things didn’t go as planned. Electronic Express says, “We Make It Happen,” and Daniel absolutely lived up to that promise. Thank you to Daniel and the entire team for making things right. Because of the service I received, I’ll continue to be a loyal Electronic Express customer.

My husband and I went into electronics express today to look at kitchen appliances, and we’re pleasantly surprised at how easy the entire process was. Sunny helped us from start to finish. He was very informative and never pushy. He listened to our concerns and addressed all of them with professionalism and kindness. Would definitely recommend giving them a chance if you are in the market for new kitchen appliances, but definitely ask for Sunny. Thank you!

We've been coming here since moving here about 12 years & they've always taken great care. This is and always will be our go to shop. We never get the same experiences with the normal franchise stores like you know who. You'll just need to try it yourselves & form your own great opinion.

This store has always had great prices and customer service. I went in recently and didn't know that they had a recent remodel. The store is well lit and very clean, much nicer than it was a few years ago, when I first started shopping there. The luxury appliance department gave me lots of ideas for my own kitchen remodel. It's always good to check in and see what new items they have. I'll be back when I need new electronics, furniture or appliances.

What a pleasure it was doing business here! I got the exact set I was looking for and Elliot helped as well as the manager! Bought this set and a ps5 and they were quick and efficient! The delivery guys were amazing and made sure everything was hooked up properly! Thank you for doing a great job!!
